What we collect
When you use the contact form, we collect your name, email address and the contents of your message.
When you contact us on WhatsApp, Telegram or by email — or send us files for a quote or print job — we receive the details and content you choose to share, such as your phone number, username and artwork files.
How we use it
We use your details only to run the business you asked us for, specifically to:
- Respond to your enquiry and provide quotes
- Produce and deliver your print order
- Contact you about an existing order
We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or share it with third parties beyond what is described here.
Spam protection
The contact form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that submissions come from people rather than bots. Submitting the form sends your request details to Cloudflare for verification — see Cloudflare’s privacy policy for how they handle that data.
Storage and retention
This website does not use tracking cookies or analytics, and form submissions are not stored in a site database — they are forwarded to us directly. We keep enquiries and order files only for as long as needed to complete your order and handle any follow-up.
Your rights
Under Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), you may ask us what personal data we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete it.
