Terms & Conditions
The terms that apply when you order printing or buy products from us.
These terms apply when you request a quote, order custom printing, or purchase products from DMWE. Placing an order means you accept them.
Quotes and pricing
All prices are in Singapore dollars (SGD). Custom print jobs are quoted individually based on your specifications — a confirmed quote sets the price, specs and lead time for that job. If the specs change, the quote may change too.
Your files
You are responsible for the files you send us — including holding the rights to reproduce them (see our Copyright and Intellectual Property page) and making sure they are print-ready. We check files before printing and will flag obvious issues, but final approval of the artwork is yours.
Approval and changes
We confirm the specifications with you before production. Once you approve a job and printing has started, custom orders cannot be changed or cancelled.
Turnaround, collection and delivery
Lead times are confirmed per order and depend on the job. Orders can be collected from us or delivered by arrangement; delivery fees, where applicable, are confirmed with your quote.
Print quality and reprints
If we make a production error — for example printing the wrong file, size or paper — we will reprint the job or refund it. Minor variations in colour and trimming are inherent to printing and are not defects. We are not responsible for issues in customer-supplied files that were approved for print, such as typos or low-resolution images.
Products
Printer hardware, inks and parts are subject to availability, and listed prices may change without notice. Product warranties are provided by the manufacturer under their own terms.
Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect losses, such as missed deadlines downstream or lost business.
